Sweet Beginnings
My partnership with Moms Bread Co.
I partnered with Moms Bread Co., a new bakery in Albert Lea, to bring their “Vintage Paris Bistro” vision to life. From the first call with Katie Erickson to opening day, I handled everything from design planning to sourcing unique pieces like copper accents, rolling pins, and vintage furniture. We refreshed the space with warm white paint, curated textures, and thoughtful details, balancing casual charm with sophistication. Beyond design, this project became a true collaboration and friendship, transforming an empty downtown space into a warm, welcoming bakery filled with heart and soul.
